1、 Performance Description:
The JBDW-300Y low-temperature impact testing machine is used to test the impact resistance performance of metal materials under dynamic loads. It is an essential testing instrument for metallurgical machinery manufacturing and other units, as well as an indispensable testing instrument for research institutions conducting new material research.
1. This machine adopts fully automatic control, and the lifting, hanging, feeding, positioning, impact, and temperature adjustment equipment are all electrically and mechanically controlled. It is equipped with a dedicated feeding device for automatic feeding and automatic section positioning of the sample. The time from the sample being taken out of the furnace to impact shall not exceed 2 seconds, meeting the requirements of the low-temperature Charpy impact test method for metals. After impacting the sample, the remaining energy can be used to automatically swing and prepare for the next test, resulting in high work efficiency; 2. The main body of the testing machine is a split structure, with a cantilever hanging method and a pendulum hammer body type;
3. The impact knife is fixed with screws, making replacement simple and convenient;
4. Sample simply supported beam type support;
5. The host is equipped with security protection pins and a safety net;
6. The testing machine complies with the national standard GB/T3803-2002 "Inspection of Pendulum Impact Testing Machines" and conducts impact tests on metal materials according to the national standard GB/T229-2007 "Charpy Notch Impact Test Method for Metals".
